Cliff Nurnberg - U8/U14/HS

Cliff Nurnberg has been involved in soccer for over 30 years. His youth soccer was played in St. Louis, Missouri, and Arlington, Texas. Nurnberg played high school and club soccer in Flemington, New Jersey. During his senior year he enjoyed playing for the Group IV state Finalists, and a Mid New Jersey Youth Soccer Association League Champion. Nurnberg also began coaching as a junior in high school with youth club teams and summer soccer camps. He has coached in Springfield since 2000 with independent teams, Total Soccer and FC Springfield. Nurnberg played 3 seasons of collegiate soccer with both Raritan Valley in New Jersey and Webster University in St. Louis. Cliff holds an Advanced Regional Diploma with the NSCAA.

Clint Nurnberg - U5/U8

Clint has played and/or coached soccer since 1976. He earned all-state and regional all-American honors playing at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, in Flemington, NJ. He played one year at Miami University of Ohio (NCAA Div. 1) and one year at Webster University (NCAA Div. 3). He is a member of both the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and the Missouri State High School Soccer Coaches Association. Clint holds an NSCAA National Diploma and a USSF National “D” License. He has been head coach of the Parkview High School boys’ soccer program since the 2000-01 school year and head coach of the Parkview girls’ program since the 2003-04 school year.

Joe Murphy - U10/HS Boys
Joe Murphy played club Soccer and high school soccer with Bishop DuBourg in St Louis. He holds a USSF National “D” License and has coached Springfield youth soccer teams for 4 years with Total Soccer and FC Springfield. Joe attends Missouri State University and is in the process of obtaining his MBA.

Ben Taylor - U12 /U14
Ben Taylor is a junior at Drury University and plays defender for the Men’s Soccer Team. Been was named to the All-Midwest Region in 2008 and set a DU single-season record with 13 assists and added four goals for 21 points. He is from Dundee, Scotland and played for Grove Academy during his high school years. Ben has earned his NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma.

Peter Higgins - U12/U14
Peter (Kilkenny, Ireland) is presently in his third year at Drury University. He is a key member of the Panther Men’s Soccer Team, NCAA Division 2. Peter has received Conference Team of the Year honors both seasons with DU. As a youth he played club soccer for Freebooters FC from U10 to U16 before joining Tramore FC in Ireland. Peter earned his Youth Certification Coaching Badge upon completing the Level 1 UEFA FAI courses. Peter also holds an Advanced Regional Diploma with the NSCAA.

Stephanie Anderson - HS Girls
Stephanie Anderson – High School Girls
Stephanie has completed her first season as the Graduate Assistant coach for the Drury women's soccer team. Previously she served as an assistant coach for two seasons at Nebraska Wesleyan University, a Division III Institution, where she also played for four years. She helped her team achieve an overall record of 50-18-5 (.719). Individually, the former forward ranks ninth all-time in career goals (32), was an All-Conference performer for three years and earned four letters for the Prairie Wolves. Anderson received her bachelor's in psychology from NWU and will be pursuing a master's degree in Communications from Drury University.

Alf Bilbao - U19 Boys
Alf Bilbao will enter his sixth season as a soccer coach at Drury University. Hired as Drury's new men's soccer coach when he arrived from Truman State in 2005, Bilbao took on the chore of coaching both the DU men's and women's soccer teams from 2006-08. Having met that challenge, Bilbao focused his efforts on coaching only the Panthers' women starting with the 2009 campaign. Alf has coached SpringHigh Select boys teams since the program's inception in 2005.
